Sponsorship Details

AAGD sells all event, meeting, and PAC sponsorships through this platform. The sponsorships open in the fall prior to the year of the event. All details regarding how to reserve a sponsorship and how to reserve the sponsorship are below. 

Two Ways To Secure A Sponsorship

1. Online Auction for 5 Exclusive Diamond Sponsorships

• We have 5 Diamond Sponsorships, they are secured through a live online auction. 
• The Auction will start October 21, 2024 at 8 am and closes Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 4 PM
• The Diamond sponsorship will be awarded to the highest bid submitted by 4 PM.
• You must be logged in to bid on the Diamond Sponsorships.
• One diamond sponsorship per company.

How to login: 

1. Click login on the top menu
2. NOTE: this is not your AAGD member login 
3. If you have never used this site, create a new login 
4. If you have, type in your username and password
5. If you forgot your password, click forgot password (check email for reset, check spam folder too)
6. Once logged in, review sponsorships and make your plan for October 21-24. Bidding closes Thursday, October 24th at 4 PM. All additional sponsorships open at 10:00 AM the following day.

Billing terms: 

All sponsorships will be invoiced when they are reserved by the member company. All sponsorships reserved in 2024 will be invoiced January 2025 and due upon receipt.
By reserving a sponsorship you are representing your company and agree to the conditions stated.

Cancellation policy.
No refunds or cancellations will be permitted within 90 days of event. Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail and submitted to Paula Kelley.

Diamond Sponsorships can not be canceled after 30 days of booking the event.
