AAGD sells all event, meeting, and PAC sponsorships through this platform. The sponsorships open in the fall prior to the year of the event. All details regarding how to reserve a sponsorship and how to reserve the sponsorship are below.
Two Ways To Secure A Sponsorship
1. Online Auction for 7 Exclusive Diamond Sponsorships
- We have 7 Diamond Sponsorships, they are secured through a live online auction.
- The Auction will start October 18, 2021 at 8 am and closes Friday, October 22, 2021 at 2 PM
- The Diamond sponsorship will be awarded to the highest bid submitted by 2 PM.
- You must be logged in to bid on the Diamond Sponsorships.
2. First Come, First Serve - Sponsorships
- The additional sponsorships are fixed-priced sponsorships and are first-come, first-reserved.
- There is limited availability for these sponsorships per event.
- Once the event is sold out, you may join the waitlist for the event sponsorship.
- All available sponsorships for 2022 will open October 22, 2021 at 2:15 PM

- If you have never used this site, create a new login
- If you have, type in your username and password
- If you forgot your password, click forgot password (check email for reset, check spam folder too)
- Once logged in, review sponsorships and make your plan for October 28-22. Bidding closes Friday, October 22 at 2 PM. All additional sponsorships open at 2:15 PM.
All sponsorships will be invoiced when they are reserved by the member company. All sponsorships reserved in 2021 will be invoiced for January 2022 and due upon receipt.
By reserving a sponsorship you are representing your company and agree to the conditions stated.

All cancellation requests must be done in writing and submitted to Paula Kelley.
There will be no refunds or cancellation requests granted 60 days in advance of the event.
Diamond Sponsorships can not be cancelled after 30 days of booking the event.
